Service & Maintenance Contracts

For ease of mind, MRF offers service contracts to any customer with a high temperature furnace. At periodic intervals we will inspect and perform preventative maintenance on all furnace components and check all furnace parts for wear and tear. After each service you will receive a listing of the condition of all serviced items and recommendations for items that might need attention. This maintenance schedule ensures reliable furnace operation while freeing up valuable resources for customers with limited time or personnel for maintenance. Typical furnace maintenance items consist of:

  • replace pumping fluids
  • check and replace vacuum seals (O-rings)
  • check hot zone condition
  • clean or replace filters, relief valves and strainers
  • calibrate sensors
  • check safety interlocks
  • check vacuum integrity
  • other furnace specific items

Actual maintenance items or services included will be based on individual systems. Other services such Emergency field service and/or training are available as well. Contact us for more information or to request service rates.
